Shelby Township Police Chief Robert Shelide formally swore Deputy Chief Mark Coil, Lieutenant Jeff Daniel and Sergaent Lawrence Rice into their new Shelby Township Police Department ranks at an April 27 ceremony in Shelby Township Hall.
